Shipping and Returns Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Please email sales@foosballuk.com to request a refund and we will get back to you to arrange the return.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, or the cost of shipping for returning the item(s).

Shipping Policy

All table orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery of large items.

All small orders (parts, spares, balls, etc) will be shipped within 48 hours.
